David Clayton

David co-founded ClayGen Consulting in Guelph, Ontario with his brother, Brian Clayton, after twenty years inside the IT and MSP world, working directly with small and mid-size businesses across Ontario: infrastructure, security, helpdesk, and client operations across the stack.

The lesson from those years shaped how ClayGen operates: most IT problems are not technology problems, they are accountability problems. Tickets sit in queues. Vendors point at each other. The person paying the bill never gets a straight answer.
