The challenge
Inspections lived across a booking calendar, a phone camera roll, and a report template. Nothing connected, and a released report could quietly change after the fact.
What we built
An inspections module covering the whole arc: booking, on-site photo capture with provenance records, findings by severity, PDF report generation, and payment collection. Released reports are locked immutable, with a formal recall flow for the cases that genuinely need a re-visit.
What changed
- 01One record from booking to released report
- 02Released reports cannot be silently edited
- 03Payments are collected in the same flow as the report
- 04Recalls are tracked as new inspections, never overwrites
