The challenge
Self-represented litigants needed a guided workspace for their own matter, and the operator needed real controls: access tiers, oversight, and the legal duty to hand people their own file on request.
What we built
A module with self-serve litigant workspaces, paid tier upgrades, and an operator console for roster management. The file-handover duty is built in: even the file behind a suspended account can be produced by the operator, and every export writes an audit record before a single byte is handed over.
